Frequently Asked Questions
How does my student raise money?
After registering your student, you will receive an email with a link to their donation page. From there, you can get the link to share with family and friends or share directly to your Facebook page.
If your student would prefer to collect cash or check donations, they can use the manila envelope that was sent home and track cash/check donations on the pledge sheet. Please send in cash/check payments and have your student deliver them to their teacher no later than Friday, October 7th.
What does the PTO do with the funds raised?
All of the money that students raise goes directly back to Riffenburgh! We support teachers and staff through grant requests as well as provide support for classroom supplies, equipment updates, and more. This year, we are excited to focus on raising funds to complete the Media Center updates and create a new Makers Lab space!
What time will my student's grade participate in the Fun Run?
Please join us in cheering on our students on Friday, October 7th, as they run laps around our race track.

What are the prizes for students?
Each student receives 25 POINTS just for registering. Each dollar that a student raises is equal to one more point. Additionally, teachers will be rewarding students with points during the fundraiser.
After our Fun Run is complete, each student will be invited to shop in our Fun Run Prize Shop to select their prizes.
