How does my student raise money?
To register your student, follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Go to Pledgestar.com
STEP 2: Click “Not Registered For This Year’s Event”
STEP 3: Enter your name and email address, then click “Submit”
STEP 4: Follow the instructions on-screen to register Runner(s) and add family and friends
If your student would prefer to collect cash or check donations, they can use the manila envelope that was sent home and track cash/check donations on the pledge sheet. Please send in cash/check payments and have your student deliver them to their teacher no later than Friday, October 6th.
What does the PTO do with the funds raised?
We put it all back into the school in the form of grade-level allowances (so our staff to buy supplies as needed), educational materials, new books for our library, Eco Experience for 5th graders, and so much more! Our biggest project currently is continuing to raise funds for the creation of our Makers' Lab. You can learn more here.
What time will my student's grade participate in the Fun Run?
What are the prizes for students?
Each student receives 25 POINTS just for registering. Each dollar that a student raises is equal to one more point. Additionally, teachers will be rewarding students with points during the fundraiser.
After our Fun Run is complete, each student will be invited to shop in our Fun Run Prize Shop to select their prizes.
